I had such a bad experience yesterday!! It was horrible, the girl working inside the office is so rude she tried to fool me to pay more for the app and for the test on the website when I just paid 35€ when that’s already included for free!

She tried to explain in different ways but really she just lied until I told her she texted me all the details before and it didn’t add up!

I have paid a lot off money to them because off my own fault also!

But the response I get when I have questions and want to pay for their service is so bad!!!

I came out off the from the office crying because she was so rude !

If I hadn’t paid that much already I would have changed school!

Very bad experience here with their ONLY driving instructor Juan. Ines the lady on reception and who does the theory exam classes is lovely, very good at her job, just wish it was her doing the driving lessons rather then this man, the school would be 10/10 in this case! Juan took a dislike to me from the start, and made learning impossible. He would openly get frustrated if you did something wrong, he would tut, shake his head and mutter Spanish under his breath(im English). He has taken phone calls on loud speaker off his wife while I've been driving, her asking about food/lunch, once he took a whole shopping list off her. If you ask a question about your learning, he would get offended and give out to you. I got visibly upset on a number of occasions, and he offered no sympathy, encouragement or care.

I should have changed schools months ago, but thought, come on you can do this, but in the end, Juan's self importance won, and his stern messages, which left me in tears, gave me the only option but to leave. The school couldn't provide another instructor. I had 35hour lessons with him and spent €1575!! Juan needs lessons in customer service.

My advice from this long and expensive lesson would be, to meet your instructor first, before paying for a package. Also to find out how many instructors the school has, so that if the first person isn't helping you learn, then you could change for another. Because there is a cost of joining a new school (€150) so choosing the right school to begin with is most important!

I've yet to have any apologies for my upset, and for them not being able to provide another instructor!!

I had I think 4 or 5 lessons with Juan and passed my test! He is a great instructor & speaks English too. The girl on reception is also very helpful tries her best to keep us happy

Hola mi nombre es Mónica, soy alumna del permiso B, impartido por Luci una de las mejores personas que he podido conocer, además de una gran profesional. Me ha ayudado en todo el proceso de sacarme el carnet, que no ha sido para nada corto… Luci me ha demostrado que se puede estar en atenta a más de tres cosas a la vez! Un auténtico súper poder. Incluso en sus clases de conducir hablando de la vida, ya que había que matar el silencio de la radio que no le deja poner su superior, me ha enseñado más que a conducir. Me ha ayudado en un proceso bastante dificultoso, he lidiado con mucha ansiedad y ella ha sabido cómo actuar en cada instante, o sea que si alguien merece lo mejor, es ella. Bueno y sin olvidar a Inés la estupenda secretaria, invade de felicidad esa autoescuela tan chiquita, nada más entrar tiene preparada una estupenda y preciosa sonrisa que resulta muy cálida, te habla con una confianza que te dan ganas de tener una en casa. Son el claro ejemplo que si tratas bien a las buenas personas te dan lo mejor de ellas mismas. Sin olvidar la clase que me impartió su aplicadísimo compañero que es muy organizado. A pesar de todo el tiempo que he invertido en sacarme el carnet, el camino con ellas ha sido todo un viaje que estaría dispuesta a repetir, muchas gracias por su tiempo.
Recomendaría sin duda los servicios de Inés, Luci y de su compañero.

I met kind people at Urbano Fuengirola who are nice and patient. I took the theory lessons in English, and both Juan and Lucy instructed me on practical lessons. They are full of experience and of knowledge about the driving test routes and critical checkpoints. Very helpful! The office manager, Ines, is nice and responsive, especially via Whatsapp, very efficient. I am lucky meeting great people. Very grateful!

Los profesores son experimentados y saben transmitir el conocimiento. Puedo decir que con quienes he tratado son muy educados y se entregan a lo que hacen: Antonio, Lucy e Inés. Aprobé rápido y se me hizo ameno. Muy recomendables.

Tuve una muy buena experiencia con la autoescuela. Tanto Lucy como Juan (Lucy para la teoría y Juan para la práctica) fueron muy atentos, pacientes con todas las preguntas que tenía, fue fácil comunicarme con ellos y les agradezco mucho por su ayuda para sacarme el carnet.
