She explains understandable and easy the technique, analyses your needs, movements and potential super fast and gives you a good feeling on the board. I highly recommend her lessons. I am training with Alessia for almost a year! She is such an exceptional Trainer who cares deeply for her clients! Her holistic and individual approach combined with her outstanding personality is a dream come true for anyone who wants to stay fit or become fit. Alessia is very knowledgeable about all training segments and nutrition/ special diets for different goals, which is a perfect combination! Even when I had trouble with my knees she trained me in a way that strengthen them in a non-destructive way! When I went on business trips we trained online! Durante la mia vacanza a Fuerteventura ho potuto godere di questa bellissima esperienza.
In una cornice meravigliosa, la spiaggia del waikiki e l isola di Lobos in lontananza, questa splendida istruttrice è riuscita a fare allenare anche me che di solito non sono sportiva.
Insieme alle mie amiche ci siamo divertite un mondo e abbiamo passato delle giornate stupende.

Lezioni di sup divertenti ed efficaci. Alessia spiega con chiarezza e osserva con attenzione, dando consigli che fanno ottenere in poche lezioni ottimi risultati. E tra una remata e l’altra, anche chiacchiere più che piacevoli ;) consigliatissima!
